Probably the worse mechanic shop in Covington or Metro area. I put my vehicle in this shop on April or May 2022. Telling this so-called mechanic that the vehicle was stalling while driving. He replaced some part on it saying that the scanner diagnosed that the part was faulty (And was the problem) I drove the vehicle about 5miles to test it,came back to the shop and told the OWNER Frank that it was still doing the same thing. He said leave it and he’ll take another look at it.2 weeks later he stated it needs a timing chain replacement. I ask him was he SURE because the vehicle cranks and sounds great.He stated YES,so I said okay do you want me to get the parts or he can? He stated I could get the parts.(Fast forward) I ordered the parts and they arrived within a WEEK. My vehicle sat at this mechanic’s shop another 4 months after he received the parts. I had to literally take him to court to retrieve my vehicle after sitting at this mechanic’s shop for almost 2YEARS!! Then after I WON the judgement it took him over a YEAR to pay the judgement (Finally paid 05/12/25) I WILL NEVER refer anyone to this mechanic shop nor will he EVER get my business again..👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

This man is a God send! According to another mechanic my engine was pretty much completely done or I would have to pay an outrageous amount to get it fixed. Frank took his time and checked my car thoroughly... explained what could and couldn’t be the problem... answered any question I had and MOST importantly fixed my car for little to nothing! I’m so glad I found this shop and I will come here for all of my vehicle needs from here on out! Excellent, honest and great prices.. you cannot beat that. I recommend 10000%!! Thank you Frank!

Must admit I was a little worried about this place because my daughter found them online. But, I couldn't been more wrong about this place. I want say THANK YOU to the owner. My daughter had car problems while traveling in the area. She called Frank's and explained the problem to him and he had her to bring the car to him. When she got there he took one look and told her that what she explained was not her problem and it would be much less than what he told her. He made an exception for her so that she could pick her car up on a different day to accommodate her schedule. I really appreciated him for that. I now know who I could trust to take car too if I need to if I'm in the area. Frank THANK YOU for helping my daughter in her time of need.

Mr. Frank is an awesome guy. I bought a 2013 Audi Q5 premium plus, that came with with both Cv Axel boots ripped. After ordering my parts Mr. frank only charged me $172.00 for labor. Fantastic service and just an all around nice brother trying to make an honest living. Thank you sir

Let me start off by saying that my experience was beyond what I expected being that I normally have my cars serviced at a dealership. My 2005 Chevy Silverado was diagnosed previously by a mechanic that stated my truck needed an engine due to a head gasket being blown because of over heating issues. After buying the engine and several attempts to get the it installed from the mechanic that stated I needed one, I redirected my energy to take it to another mechanic just because I wanted the engine installed. I was referred to Franks Auto through a friend to get my truck towed (towing orchestrated through Franks Auto) and have him look at it first. After having my truck towed there I was informed that my truck has been running without over heating for about an hour and a half. I informed Frank that the truck would normally overheat after 10 to 15 minutes of running. Frank then informed me that a return hose that conducts coolant was clog and he unclogged what was obstructing the flow of coolant. Frank proceeded to tell me to come get my truck a day later and drive it home...I didn't need an engine. What a relief to hear! Thanks a million for diagnosing more to see if that was the actual cause! A++++
