I was on my way home about halfway through a 7 hour drive when I noticed the wheel on my boat trailer was about to fall off. Dial's was the only place close by that I was able to limp to. Was a Sunday so I parked the boat outside the gate. They were quick to respond although it was not their normal line of work and were ready to help however they could. John in service kindly gave me the option to order the axel and have it shipped to them. The repairs were finished quickly and for a very fair price. Excellent, accurate and friendly service.
