I recently visited this tire shop and had a great experience from start to finish. The staff was friendly, professional, and took the time to explain my options without trying to upsell me on anything I didn’t need. They quickly diagnosed the issue with my tires and got me taken care of faster than I expected. Thank you again John!

John and his workers took care of me when I needed last minute emergency help. Called when everything was done, and explained what i needed to do with a follow up on a wheel. Will be back , great work and customer service.

Mr. John was able to get me serviced and out the door quickly and professionally. Price was reasonable for a used tire. Will definitely be back. Just returned to the guys to get all 4 tires new and a battery and some other stuff. Price is very reasonable for service. I will be back again for more service.

I love these guys they are honest and knowledgeable. Kinda scared to put this don't want them so busy that they don't have time for us anymore lol. That's why I left the last mechanic. Nobody likes waiting hours for an oil change. Lol. But seriously they are very good at what they do.

Hello everyone. This is a honest and true review. I came to this shop on May 6 2026 to get four use tires put on. Yes I did google reviews before going and saw some good and bad ones. But I still came. Once dropping off my car they begin to work on my 2021 ford mustang gt. As they was jacking up the vehicle I heard a loud pop. I asked the guy did that break anything. He stated no. So after getting all four tires off. They took the tires into the shop, to put the new ones on. After about 30 minutes past. I saw one of the guys come out with a sensor tool. I ask the guy what was he about to do. He advised they broke my rear driver side tire sensor. He advised they was trying to reprogram it. So after getting all four tires on and reprogramming the sensor. They advised to drive for about 20 minutes so the tire sensor can train and relearn. They also did have good customer service at first. They advised me of possible issues they saw with my car. I then drove off to head to Atlanta. About 20 minutes into my ride I got a tire sensory fault light that came on. Indicating the front drive side tire was not reading.After returning from Atlanta, I went back to the shop. They took sensor tool to scan my tire. They advised the sensor was dead or no good. The owner then advised I had to pay them $85 to fix. I asked why do I have to pay for it when you guys broke it. The worker that broke it came and told the owner it’s on us we broke it. So they took the tires off and put a new sensor in. They then reprogram the tire.And told me to ride again for 20 minutes. I rode for 30 minutes and the light didn’t go off, I came back the next day and one of the workers who help put my tires on. Tried reprogramming it again. I then rode for another 20 minutes. The light still still not go off. I return back to the shop. The owner then came and told me since it’s the driver front tire that is not working, I will have to pay $85 to out a new sensor in. I said I am not paying for anything. Because yall knocked the sensor on. He was like we replaced the sensor we broke. I told him you told me the second day I came. The front may not be reading because something is wrong with the rear tire sensor. We had a argument and cops was called to file a police report. I already knew the process which is a civil issue. Meaning we have to go to small claims court in covington GA. So I left there and went straight to Amazon to buy a sensor tool. I used Jdiag sensor tool. Take my word it is a good sensor tool was shaky due to the four stars. But it did what I needed to do. The tool came today March 8 2026. I put my car into program mode and it told me to train front tire. I put the tool on the front tire that they said was dead and not working. The car beep meaning it read the front driver tire. All of tires read but the tire they damaged the sensor on Did not read. I repeated the process five times. And had the same results each time. So the conclusion to this is the tool I bought is great. It read all tires but the one they broke. So that mean that sensor is broke/ dead/ not compatible with my car. The rear tire they broke is reading for the front and the front driver tire is not reading at all because it is confused. Because that tire was originally in the back. The car can’t relearn the tire pressure until I replace the sensor they broke I recorded showing every tire read the Amazon sensor but the sensors they broke it didn’t. Meaning I can’t move foward until I buy a new sensor for the tire they broke. I cant upload videos on here only pics. Customer service here is good. They are known for breaking stuff on your car. They would have never told me what happened if I didn’t ask about that tool. But they always say you pay for what you get. Stay tune when I buy a new sensor to put into the tire and try to reprogram I will give another update. And also the owner want to state how I left out how rude I was to him and his staff. He lied yet again. Me and his staff was alright. The owner and I is the only one that bumped heads.
