I had a really positive experience with Bulldog Tire and wanted to share for anyone looking for a trustworthy local mechanic. I was initially quoted for repairs that I couldn't afford at the time, so I tried to handle it another way with help from a neighbor. Unfortunately, the issue wasn't fully resolved, and I ended up bringing my car back in. Even though I didn't go with them the first time, they still treated me with patience, professionalism, and genuine care. They took the time to properly diagnose and fix the issue, and made sure my car was running the way it should before I left. What stood out the most is that they weren't just trying to complete a job, they genuinely cared about my safety and didn't want me leaving with ongoing car trouble. As a single mom, that meant a lot to me. It's hard to find honest, dependable, mechanics, but this team really earned my trust. I highly recommend them to anyone looking ofr reliable service and people who truly stand behind their work.

I am not a person who leaves bad reviews, but I have had enough with this place. Over the years, I’ve always gone here for oil changes, tires, brakes, belts, etc. However, in the last couple of years, there have been other major issues with our vehicles and they have not been able to fix. For instance, the AC in my husband’s car that we paid over $1000 for, but still wasn’t fixed. Then, the master cylinder went out in my 2013 Cadillac SRX in Dec. 2024, they repaired. Very helpful and great service. June 2025, it went out again! They repaired at no cost to me. Great! Very thankful. Fast forward 11 months and my brakes are failing AGAIN. This is the issue I have with them…..On Tuesday, I stopped by the shop to ask them to LOOK and see if it is my master cylinder again. Michelle explains that I might need to wait a while as they only had 1 tech working. I was fine with waiting….until, Ray comes in and yells “that is not happening today, I am not taking another car!” He did not even ask why I was there. He very rudely said to me, “I have 2 people ahead of you and I will not let you jump ahead!” Really? He never even asked why I was there. Michelle handed me my keys and I drove to the nearest mechanic who confirmed for me that it is my master cylinder leaking. I called Bulldog and asked about a warranty on the cylinder that was installed 11 months ago, and Michele told me that my warranty ended in Dec. 2025.
