Mobile Mechanic Metro Atlanta

Man!! In a time of need after calling 7 different shops on a Saturday at 10am to replace a starter motor! Just to get the same response , “can’t do it to Monday” , “no room in my shop” , mind you , I couldn’t start my vehicle, it needed to be towed,.. my mom suggested this number and I got on the phone with Hot Rod , he was very professional and polite from start to finish , has incredible knowledge on cars of various years and makes, charged a reasonable price for labor since I provided my own part, and was done in no time, and mind you… CAME TO ME!!! I wasn’t a big fan of the idea of a mobile mechanic, but Hot Rod definitely changed that once opinion I had. Thank you again and will be in touch for future jobs in the future! 10/10

It was difficult communicating with him because he became emotional and unprofessional during the discussion. At this point, it would be best for him to have a neutral third-party or interpreter present when handling business conversations. Clear and respectful communication is essential when doing business, and that standard was not met.

I don't usually say things like this but he handled our alternator issue in a way that I would have expected he would take care of his own child. I would 100% trust sending my grandmother to him by herself and have confidence that he wouldn't talk her into something she didn't need. He was extremely transparent and made sure that I understood exactly what he was doing, and why he was doing it. We are not from Atlanta and were several hours away from home. It was extremely clear that he recognized and appreciated the situation we were in. After initially contacting him, he was there an approximately an hour - 20 minutes faster than he estimated. He was extremely thorough and made sure that his work was complete and the job was done, while simultaneously working swiftly and efficiently. It's extremely rare to find mechanics that are as honest and transparent as this man is and I would 100% recommend him to anybody needing care for their vehicle -- the automotive and mechanic industry would be a much better world if others operated this way. Within 60 seconds, his experience, passion, and expertise become very apparent. If you're looking for reasonable prices, reliable communication, trustworthy quality of work that you'd feel comfortable with your mother or child's car receiving, you've found your man. Don't waste your time calling other mobile mechanics that won't pick up the phone during business hours anyways. Very clearly an excellent mechanic and a good man. I usually don't leave reviews this thorough, but this was a hands-down 10 out of 10 experience; thank you so much!

This man is the truth. He actually allowed me to watch and learn from him on how to change both breaks and rotors. I hired The Car Doctor for a complete front to back rotor/ brake change. He was very knowledgeable and meticulous about everything he was doing. "The Car Doctor" truly describes who this professional is. He not only double checks everything but triple checks all the work that was completed, and is to his satisfaction as well as yours. Would also like to mention that The Car Doctor is big on punctuality and communication, with that being said don't be surprised if he pulls up to your site a few minutes early to start the job. This mechanic(Hotrod) is one of the best mechanic I ever called , He knows what is doing , Honest mechanic , for real , I will call him for anything about automotive problems. He is sure the man for this kind of work and He is also genuine and very polite . Call him and you will find out what I’m talking about .
