After they done my power steering and used an air hammer to jam my steering column back in. Stole $320 from me. Won’t fix it. Said they can’t do nothing unless I buy new parts

Thank you so much for helping me put my spare tire on, on the freeway!!! I pulled over to the shoulder lane because my tire basically shredded all the way off. He saw me and he pulled over to ask if I need help , at first I was hesitant because I have trust issues with people with things I’ve dealt with in the past. But I am sooooo thankful and appreciate his approach! He offered to give me ten mins to think on it as I was already on the phone with a towing company and he offered to help me put my spare on for just 45$ so I can drive my vehicle back home. Man I’m so glad I said yes because one I made it home safely no issues and he saved me a lot of money. He was very respectful and not pushy! He had everything to change my tire out. He saved me so much much time and money! Thank you again!

Horrible Service. These guys were hired to fix a leak on April 21, 2026 and here we are on May 3, 2026 and my truck is still not running. As they are doing 1 job they begin to say that other things have to be replaced. They wait to tell me this at the end of the day and it’s dark outside so how can you see properly each time they allegedly found a new problem meaning that I have to wait until the next day to try to get the new part which pushes the work off to another day. They wait to show up late in the evening every time they decide to come and do the work which every time seams to be an alleged new problem. There have been times when they haven’t made it back for days at time even when they say they’re coming back the next day. Keep in mind the job has been paid for in full day 1 so why am I being a last minute customer every damn day. This company has pushed me off to take other jobs but my job is paid for. Randy the owner has not had a conversation with me at all. There are messages being passed to me but he hasn’t made 1 call to me about the work that’s not being done on my truck. Red flag and extremely unprofessional. Brett and X are the 2 “mechanics” that have been working on my vehicle and every time something happens whether they don’t show up for days or something new needs to be fixed it’s always being said that Randy is sending them to other jobs or I gotta talk to the boss. Randy is NOT a boss he just has an LLC for a business (Anybody can have an LLC but everybody ain’t a boss) because a BOSS is professional and takes care of business. A Boss communicates to the correct customers and gives updates of the progress of the work and not forget to let you know all of their fees up front and not when work is being rendered. I boss doesn’t wait to say oh you need a new part and we forgot to mention that it’s a $40 for us to go get the part. These should be told upfront because that what a boss does. Again Randy has NOT communicated with me yet about my vehicle but he has my money. I guess he thinks he can play me because I am a woman. His guys Brett and X even dropped my transmission on concrete because apparently it wasn’t secured properly and Brett had the nerve to say that it almost crushed because bolts were missing. Isn’t that the reason why a proper mechanic who knows how to properly secure a heavy car part of that weight to avoid a transmission to fall on you when all the bolts are removed from the transmission again so that it WOULDN’T drop. That’s user error. I’ve reached out to Randy myself a few times and he hasn’t returned not 1 of my calls. He told my old man that the job is done. How when my car was running before they put their hands on it and now my car won’t even move. Tell me how that math is mathing because it isn’t. If you want to pay full price in advance and keep getting push off for days at a time and have to miss work because of excuses and the mechanic keeps saying Randy keeps sending me to other jobs before yours that is already paid for is completed then yeah let these guys come and waste your time and take your money to work on your vehicle.

I was driving for Lyft trying to make some extra income when I had car trouble on the highway. At first, I was nervous when someone I didn’t know pulled up behind my car, but once he explained everything and got to work, I was so relieved. He came to my rescue quickly, was professional, and saved me a lot of stress and money by preventing my car from being towed. I’m so grateful for his help — truly a lifesaver!

I read car troubles in Atlanta while visiting my family . I called this company and they did help me out with ordering the car part . I found out later it was more damaged than i thought . I had him cancel the part and he told me he would give me a refund after they gave him his money back . He sent me over $200 out of the $460 i sent . He then informed me he was charging me $100 for his time and that i would I only get $100 back once he received the refund. It’s been almost 3 weeks and i haven’t heard from this company . I hate doing business with company’s like this . I’m already having a hard time because I had to get another car . But to keep someone’s money and then when I call the phone goes to voicemail . Completely unprofessional!!!!!! NEVER AGAIN !! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!
