EPIC Used and New Tire Shop LLC

I bought two used front tires … they charged me $160 dollars which is crazy. But I didn’t argue. One of the tires was bad and was warping and shaking my vehicle, I brought it back and they replaced the tire. However my car was shaking more than ever… so I went to another tire shop and they said that they put the tire on backwards and now my sensors on my tires don’t work. Do not go to this place, they over charge you and don’t know what they’re doing. Do not go here

I went to a tire shop to buy a used tire, and they treated me exceptionally well. The staff was friendly, very helpful, and the quality of the used tire was great. Excellent customer service—I highly recommend this shop!

I bought a 2008 Nissan Pathfinder from this business. Found out the next day the car was basically a lemon. The owner of this place is completely diabolical and the most wicked business owner I have hope to deal with again. He lied about fixing the car and turned the check engine light off! Doesn’t want to give me back my money and I didn’t have car for one week! Sad part about it I completely humbled myself and begged for my money back. I’m a mom of 5 and just started a new job I need transportation. This man didn’t care and wouldn’t even allow me to speak. I cried many nights about this experience. Lost my job opportunity. Won’t be able to celebrate my sons birthday the way we planned, and I’m back to walking! But I refuse to let you you do this to another single mom just trying to provide for her family. I’m reporting this business to anybody who will listen. Just got off the phone with channel 2 action news, I’m considering making a go fund me, and I have reported this business to bbb. Please people be careful. I wouldn’t do any business with this place!

The best tire shop in the world. He fix my tire wheel for five minutes with the big issue in my tire. He really saw best.

My first time coming here, and I can honestly say that they are amazing! Alex is awesome! The entire staff is! I actually got four tires done in under 30 minutes at a great price! Alex even gave me recommendations for bodywork! Definitely would recommend this place!
