The best in town! I took my 2016 Mazda 6 to my previous mechanic for an A/C repair, and after three unsuccessful attempts, I finally gave up. Then I remembered bringing another vehicle here years ago and having a great experience. On the very first visit, Wright’s diagnosed the issue correctly and got my A/C blowing cold again. No more suffering through 90+ degree weather and Atlanta traffic! Their team was transparent, honest, professional, and reasonably priced throughout the entire process. If you want the job done right the first time, take it to Wright’s. Highly recommended!

Can’t recommend enough. I had been to Wrights a couple times before and always had good experiences but this time was above and beyond. I got an oil change at another place (not here) and the other place severely messed up my car and it was leaking oil. I brought it to Wright’s to fix and they went above and beyond. David and the team not only fixed my car- they called the other place that messed up my car numerous times and even drove there so that I could get my money back. As a mid 20s girl I don’t love doing anything with my car but David and my team always make my experience positive and really looked out for my in this situation. I will keep coming back and would highly recommend!

I am very impressed with David and Juan and Wright’s Auto repair shop. While Goodyear Toco Hills told me I had a broken lifter and would need to replace my daughter’s 2014 Jeep Patriot, David and his team determined that the Air Conditioning Compressor had fallen apart (internally). The repair was not inexpensive as it involved several parts but the technicians reviewed the entire vehicle and presented reasonable options for me to consider, and I opted for all of them. They even repaired an issue with the Emergency Brake that Goodyear stated was not solvable on this vehicle. Wright’s has earned my trust and my business to keep my college aged daughter’s vehicle operational, and safe, for the next few years until she graduates and gets a new vehicle. Always great to find an honest repair shop. Strongly recommend Wright’s!

The Wright Car Care & Repair team takes pride in what they do.  I felt confident that they could fix my electrical problem.  When we contacted them, Daniel asked for symptoms, and his feedback made me feel he was knowledgeable.  We traveled across the state to them and arranged the appointment way ahead and according to their schedule. They were efficient and accommodating.  It was worth the many miles to drive there, and we would do it again.

$1600 for two diagnosis because they couldn’t find it with the first one, a fuse box, a central shift replacement, and now the car is having issues with the engine turning on while driving. All other mechanics I spoke with said the price was criminal and they’re crooks. Took the car back and they wanted to charge another $600+ to fix it again, and did not even check for the problem that I actually brought it in for, and gave attitude when I asked for the results of the test and refused to give it to us because we’re not fixing it with them. David was kind enough to explain the issues during the first fix, but the Exuberant charge and rudeness from the staff was completely ridiculous and UNACCEPTABLE, especially for someone who has already dropped $1600 in this economy. Would never bring my car back here and will be warning my friends in the area as well. EDIT: Since the owner decided to leave a five-paragraph novella in response to my review, let me clarify a few things: First of all, whether the car was in my name or not is irrelevant. I left the review because I was apart of the experience, and my friend paid for it. My friend and I just wanted the car taken care of plain and simple. You told us the car was “drivable.” Guess what? Drivable is not the same as fixed. So no, the job wasn’t done. And while we’re at it, let’s talk about your staff’s attitude. The dismissiveness, the rudeness, the refusal to even print a diagnostic report because we “weren’t going to fix it there”? That’s not professionalism. That’s pettiness. You took $1600, barely addressed the original problem, and then tried to charge another $600+ to do the job right without any acknowledgment that you missed it the first time. Also, I don’t need a history lesson on your decades of service or a breakdown of every part you claim to have fixed. A long-winded rebuttal doesn’t change the fact that we felt taken advantage of, dismissed, and disrespected. I don’t care how many “Best Of” awards are hanging on your wall. If this is how you treat customers who challenge you, it says more about your business than my review ever could. Won’t be back. Won’t be recommending. And now that you’ve responded with an essay, I’ll be making sure even more people see mine.
