Top to bottom, one of the best experiences I’ve ever had with a mechanic shop. The team at Toyotechs was professional, transparent, knowledgeable, and incredibly kind throughout the entire process. They clearly explained what they found, prioritized what actually needed immediate attention, and even pointed out items that could wait instead of trying to upsell unnecessary work. That level of honesty is rare. I actually showed up on the wrong day for my appointment, and despite the mix-up, they were gracious, understanding, and worked with me to figure things out since I had driven a long way specifically because of their reputation. Even when I arrived a little after closing to pick up my vehicle, they stayed late to make sure I got my car and was taken care of. You can absolutely tell the difference when true experts are working on your vehicle. The communication, customer service, and quality of care were outstanding. I will definitely be back with my 4Runner and would highly recommend Toyotechs to anyone looking for trustworthy, knowledgeable service.

Timely, honest, and great value. First time using ToyoTechs to look over a used Lexus we recently purchased. I appreciated the text and call communication to review their findings, which made moving forward with repairs and payment quick and easy. One caveat is that their parking lot is quite small and usually full, so dropping off the car after hours was a bit cumbersome. Highly recommend their service and will definitely be back the next time our Lexus needs servicing!

i’ve been going to ToyoTechs the past few years now. I currently own three Toyotas, Including a Land cruiser that has over 220,000 miles on it. I’ve had them all serviced there. I used to go to T3 in Decatur until they closed a few years ago. I’ve been very happy with the whole crew at ToyoTechs. They’re all friendly and they’re all honest. I recently had new tires put on at a tire shop and the tire shop told me I needed another $3000 worth of repairs done immediately. I told them I’ll go back to Toyotechs to see what they say about it and also because they know everything about my vehicles. They told me that the repairs that are needed are not dire and should be fine for a good while longer. They have only fixed the things that are absolutely necessary at the time and they send me an email with a link to all the things that I will need to do coming up in the urgency of it. I really appreciate that in a mechanic. Honesty is hard to find these days. ToyoTechs is A+

Toyotechs is a long established and respected company. As a long time customer I appreciate the integrity with which they all do their jobs. There's a real security in knowing you can trust your mechanic, and they are is there to help you and wont take advantage of you. Thats why Im a 2 decade repeat customer. Like the product they service, they are the most reliable available.

Had my 2001 Tundra towed in looking to understand why it wasn’t starting. Dustin gave a great diagnosis and helped identify the work needed. These guys are very professional and transparent, no upselling or scam tactics you’d see at a lot of dealerships or chain shops. They even replaced a battery connector for me that was fraying out as part of their diagnostic free of charge. Greatly appreciate their help and would highly recommend this shop to anyone in the Atlanta Metro Area with a Toyota Truck.
