A knowledgeable and helpful Toyotech employee answers the phone within a few rings - for me this is half the reason to use their services. Their services are thorough and done right. They have serviced my Toyota Camry for over 12 years, from challenging to easy repairs. The latest was a clogged AC drain hose. Their rates are fair and very reasonable. I highly recommend Toyotechs.
View on GoogleNot enough space to describe why I trust my vehicles with ToyoTechs, but most recent event occurred when I was concerned about my front axle one day before a 1,000 trip. Appointments are way-out but after I explained, Dustin and Bryan found a spot for me to bring my Camry in for confirmation. If they said OK to go, I'd go. If not, I'd have to scramble for a rental. Their opinion is that it needed replacement and somehow worked the schedule and had Pat get the part, replace it, and check other issues to make me feel comfortable that I could drive 1,000 highway miles in less than 24 hours.. I trust their diagnostics, I trust their service, I trust their judgment.
View on GoogleSuper happy with ToyoTechs. My Lexus started blowing very hot air out the driver side vent and refused to change to AC. Google said the possible problems were extremely expensive. Toyotech took a quick look and determined the Hot adjust button was stuck in the dash and only required a simple push to reset. Because they said it was so simple there was no charge. I am glad they knew what to look for and even happier with the price.

I drive a hybrid Prius and as my car has gotten older I found regular shops didn't have the expertise needed to keep up with maintenance & troubleshooting. Not a problem at ToyoTechs. My first visit was to replace my entire braking system. Cheaper than the dealership and more personalized attention too. They did an amazing job. Then came the car not starting and being stuck in my garage. I called them and explained what was happening with multiple lights flashing on the dashboard. Not only did they troubleshoot with me over the phone, they ultimately drove to my house because I was freaking out about how to get the car out of the garage because I couldn't put it in neutral. Bryan came out and figured out it was the 12V battery. He even brought one with him just in case that was it. He replaced it in my garage and the car started up. This team is amazing and I would recommend them to anyone who'll listen.
View on GoogleWell...new to the area and received the Georgia welcome. An encounter with a deer one unassuming evening took me off-road and down a ravine. Sadly, neither the deer or my suspension survived. My camry is seasoned, but still young at heart, so she deserved a quality repair. Shortly after walking in the door and speaking with Joe, I knew I was in great hands. Customer service oriented, expert technicians, quality repair and a quick turnaround to get me back to my daily routine.
