Lam is so efficient, so communicative, and SO nice! If I could give 10 stars I seriously would! He was so good with my car and got it fixed so fast even though it was a super slammed week for him! Some of the best customer service I’ve ever had. Also, he knows his stuff!!! Genuinely cannot recommend this place enough.

I can’t express enough gratitude for the exceptional service I received at Peach Auto Services! Last week, while driving home from work, I hit a pothole that damaged my rear right wheel sensor. This mishap triggered warning lights for all my other sensors, and my dashboard urgently advised me to take my car to the dealership. In a state of desperation, I visited the dealership where I originally purchased my vehicle, hoping my warranty would cover the repairs. Unfortunately, I was quoted a staggering $1,021.37 for the repairs. As a school teacher, I knew that wasn’t possible for my budget, so I politely declined, bit my tongue, and reluctantly paid $200 for the diagnostic. Feeling disheartened, I then headed to Peach Auto Services and asked if they could help. From the moment I arrived, their courteous and professional staff put me at ease. Instead of trying to upsell me or complicate the process, they guided me on where to purchase the necessary part on Amazon and advised me to bring it in once I had it. With today being Martin Luther King Jr. Day and a day off from school, I took advantage of the time and returned with the part. In less than two hours, they had my car fixed at a cost of $172. How is this possible? I have a dream, a dream that one day all car dealerships will be fair and honest with their customers like Peach Auto Services. I am truly impressed by their honesty, efficiency, and commitment to customer satisfaction. Peach Auto Services has certainly earned my trust, and I highly recommend them for any auto repair needs!
