I called them ahead of time twice to schedule getting my lower control arms replaced. I told them Saturday and they said okay and ended up being packed so instead we worked out that Tuesday at 9am would be the time I could drop my car off and they could work on it. This is 3 days in advanced. I had to come to find out that they were packed again and couldn’t repair my car. I called off work for this so this is an inconvenience. This could have been avoided if someone called and told me they were going to be packed or just never committed to that in the first place. Im either unlucky or its just bad business on that part
