I had an outstanding experience at this Mercedes service shop, and I can’t recommend them enough. Kevin and Brandon were incredibly helpful from start to finish. Their attention to detail is unmatched, and they really took the time to walk me through exactly what my car needed in a way that was clear and honest. What stood out the most was their genuine care and understanding. When I wasn’t able to afford fixing a coolant leak right away, they didn’t just send me off—they topped up my coolant and made sure I was good to go until I could come back for the full service. That level of consideration is rare. You can tell they truly care about their customers, not just the job. Exceptional service, professionalism, and integrity all around. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending them 100%.

Anyone owning a MB learns that properly done M work can take more time (and costs more) than the same job on a non MB car. Then there is value. The value to me with MBT is the sense that the requested and needed work was done carefully & properly. A couple of items that need attention in the future were noted with no upsell. A 5 star review.

I almost don't want to review because it will pack out this shop... BUT TODAY... THEY WERE AMAZING! Brandon was on the phone forever trying to get a part for a pregnant customer to make sure she was taken care of and safe. I am so impressed with this location. I made my appointment and the car was pulled in immediately upon my arrival... They have a coffee stand and water... I'm in heaven! Just had to shout out excellence when it happens!!!
