The staff was professional, honest, and took the time to explain what was going on with my car instead of just rushing through the job. The oil pan replacement was done cleanly and efficiently, and they made sure everything was properly sealed with no leaks. You can tell they actually care about doing the job right, not just getting you in and out. The oil change was quick as well, and they didn’t try to upsell me on things I didn’t need, which I really respect. Pricing was fair for the work that was done, and the turnaround time was solid. I really want this place to be great because everyone here is genuinely nice and friendly. However, after having some work done, I noticed one of my wheel lug nuts was missing. That’s a pretty basic safety item that shouldn’t have been overlooked. I only discovered it because my right wheel started feeling strange while driving, so I checked it myself. Thankfully, I live close by and was able to return so they could replace the missing lug nut. When I got there they did put a lug nut quickly. I believe they have good intentions, but they definitely need to be a little more diligent with their work.
