I discovered GTE back in 05. Have not dealt with anyone else since then. They have always done a great job be it setting up my car for a particular track or aligning my daily driver. Really a great crew and an awesome resource. (And if your car cost more than my house, this is the only place to go)
View on GoogleWell run, cheerful, customer focused - and honest. My 61 year old car uses tubed tires - when I had a flat on one and called, Kieran pre-ordered a replacement tire before my arrival. The techs then said it was a pinhole leak in the tube only (must have gotten pinched somehow) and charged me $40 for a new tube and I was on my way. They could have charged me for the tube and tire and I would not have known any different, but they said there was nothing wrong with the tire and there wasn't even any suggestion of a "restocking fee" for the one they had ordered in. High marks indeed. My first time here (on the recommendation of my vintage car's mechanic who said "it's the only place I trust with our cars") but I'll be a customer for life going forward.
View on GoogleAlways a great experience as long as you're not expecting a dealership type experience (and that's a compliment to GTE). Real car people who care about the work they do. Honest too, because they could have charged me for a full custom alignment but because I was still well within spec it was just a $35 alignment check charge. Definitely my alignment shop of choice!
View on GoogleI have been impressed by them from the beginning! I come here to get alignments. I usually order my tires online and get them setup here, because that’s my business! lol. They have never failed me! I have stopped in for a low tire light several times and they have yet to charge me for a patch. That is the kind of service you remember! That is how you build a business! Gra Turismo East, has my trust and business!
