Dyer & Dyer Volvo Cars - Service & Repair Facility

I have had experience with three companies to service my 2015 Volvo S60 here in Georgia and now I know that future service will be with Dyer & Dyer. The work was great and I've been informed that more work is needed. I had to wait a few weeks to gather the funds, but they were patient, presenting me with no pressure or complaints. But, most importantly, I feel comfortable that their service department is reliable and trustworthy. I know enough about cars to turn them on, drive, and park. After seeing their facility and talking with their people, I know enough to be comfortable that they know what they're doing. When I'm ready, I'll confidently make appointment for additional service. Their diagnosis makes sense and their respectful service makes me feel confident that it was best to select Dyer & Dyer as my preferred Volvo service department.

I had my car serviced for the first time at the Dyyer & Dyer Volvo and received phenomenal service. Olaniyi went above and beyond to make sure my experience was smooth from start to finish. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to clearly explain everything that was being done to my vehicle. As a first-time customer, I truly appreciated his attention to detail, excellent communication, and commitment to customer satisfaction. He made the entire process easy and stress-free, and it’s clear he takes pride in providing top-notch service. I highly recommend this dealership and especially the Olaniyi for anyone looking for outstanding care and professionalism when servicing their vehicle.

It’s hard to give a 5-star review when the dealership returned the car with the maintenance due light still illuminating when I start the car. They take the time to give you a full inspection report, a video of the body and the car was returned with all inspected items listed as passing and in good condition. I would think there would be items that are checked off before returning the car to customer. Other than that, I believe the service and my service advisor were great.

On December 11 2025 I took my 2022 XC60 for a 80k checkup. When I came in I asked service representative Thomas Howell how much approx will it cost. His response was over $2,500. I said to him can we do 2 or more service trips to help me with the cost. I am a 77 year old on fixed income. His response was all or nothing. I signed the work order and in 20 minutes I called my son a dealer finance director in Arizona and he asked to speak with Thomas Howell. Thomas became agitated and said I signed for service and that was final. I could not get my car back until I paid. I went one step further and spoke to Barry Davis service manager who told me a flat out lie. He said he understood and I would get a significant discount. 15% fo 2,600 is not significant. They held my car until I paid. The service representative from his own mouth told me you can work here only if you service Dyer & Dyer not customers. Think twice before taking your car to Dyer & Dyer for service. The customer is not their primary concern, it’s Dyer & Dyer. They left parts off my car and I am totally disappointed. I have an active customer complaint with Volvo Corp. missing from my car.

Not trustworthy. Very poorly run service department. The website for this specific dealership advertise specials and then they try to charge more and different prices. They are understaffed, they don’t complete work on time, definitely worth going to another dealer. They had a service manager named Barry, who was trying to make things better, but he either quit or they got rid of him and the place is in shambles. It’s worth driving farther to go to another dealership. We own three Volvo XC 90 including an excellence model. The experience here makes us want to consider a different type of vehicle in the future. This is not a trustworthy dealership.
