Broke my hood latch. Broke a side panel to my windshield. It won't press fully back into place now. Keep finding glass in my car. Asked for some JB weld to fix the latch. They said they'd leave it when they came to repair improper install. Never got anything.
View on GoogleChips Auto Glass really saved me when I needed a new windshield and was running into issues getting it from other places. The technician, Mike, was quick, nice, and did such a good job! I forget who I spoke to on the phone (when I called on 6/18 around 1pm) but he was helpful too!! I will be recommending them to anyone that needs glass service. I can’t say enough good things about them.
View on GoogleGetting my windshield replaced was a seamless, easy experience thanks to Q and Philip at Chip’s. Philip made the insurance claim and scheduling so simple and stress free. He was personable and knowledgeable, and I was shocked at how little time it took. Q was scheduled to come out but I had to push it to the next day due to an unexpected conflict and he said “no problem at all” and showed up the next day like it was no big deal. Q was friendly, professional, and efficient. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Chip’s again.
View on GoogleI will make sure all my friends and family know to go to Chips if they need a window replaced. They got me right in and when I arrived, they were so nice and funny! They have a big, clean, waiting room with TVs and plenty of places to sit. It only took about an hour! Also, Cheapest window replacement I’ve ever had done in my life, at least half the price…And I’ve had to replace a few. 😂 seriously great quality and very convenient! Thanks so much!

I called and got a same-day appointment - not only that they were able to install my windshield and recalibrate my electronics that were attached to my windshield successfully. The staff are SO kind, from the moment they answered the phone, to when I pulled up in my vehicle, and technicians are superb! The waiting area is great, and the rest rooms are clean! Great experience!
