The roof and other areas of my SUV were damaged by a fallen tree after a massive storm. Eryn, who is absolutely amazing, walked me through the process coordinating the repairs with my insurer Amica, who by the way, was great with settling my claim. Eryn and her team are very courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and responsive. I received constant text updates and email notifications regarding the progress of the repairs personally from Eyrn. Although it took a while to get my vehicle repaired, which included replacing the entire roof and underlying frame, removing several dents, and body painting, my vehicle looks brand spanking new! The workmanship is outstanding and I am very appreciative of the repair team's skills and expertise in getting my ride back in excellent condition. I must also say, between CARSTAR and my insurer Amica, the work completed and parts are warrantied so there is peace of mind and some assurance that should something be discovered down the line, it will be taken care of. In my case, the various on-line reviews that I researched before selecting CARSTAR Certified Collision were spot on. This was a great experience.

First off I want to say that the whole team at this store is phenomenal and the customer service is great. They will do all that they can to help you and make sure your car has all that it needs before it exits the shop. Second, the repair came out excellent I promise you will not have any complaints. I will highly recommend that if your vehicle needs major collision repair bring it here !!! Defiantly rating this shop 10 out of 10 !!!!

Eryn Hale has given me one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had at a body shop and Reginald Sullivan keeps this place running SMOOTHLY! Such, such kind people and they did an immaculate job removing the damage to the roof and spoiler on my car. If you're located anywhere around Chamblee...make the trip. You will not be disappointed with these people! Came to get a quote and they got my car back to me same day.
View on GoogleAmber, Eryn, Josh, Reggie, and their technicians are 10/10. Unfortunately the only issue we did have was communication with their estimator. However I’m very pleased with the work. Pictures do NOT do this paint work justice - from the fenders forward is their work and you can’t even tell a paint color difference. When we got there a piece was not put on and they were quick to get the car pulled back in and the part put back on but not before they pressure washed it which tells me their techs take great pride in their work. It was a hell of a time playing middle man between them and my insurance (my insurances fault) but I will say the outcome was well worth it and they took really good care of our car.
