Power steering wasn't working on my 2010 Ford Focus. Took it here to get repaired. Had I known that 2 months after the repair here, multiple repairs that a good mechanic and $2000 later. Would never have taken it here in the first place. The following repairs were done a different mechanic and dare I say one that knows what they're doing unlike this place. Just to get the power steering fixed properly. I had to replace the pump that they replaced again replace the pressure hose which was the wrong pressure hose for my vehicle. In their defense, it was for a 2010 Ford Focus but not mine. Had my vehicle been manufactured a month earlier it would have been fine. Though the mechanic I go to now the good one said something to the effect of they should have known it was the wrong line it doesn't even fit in there. He also stated he doesn't know how they got the pressure line in there because it's the completely wrong shape. Furthermore stating they should have known it was the wrong line. All this was done over three or four more repairs. That doesn't include the initial bleeding of the lines which they didn't do right. Though I can't prove it I suspect they unplugged the torque converter. In the receipt for the repair here. States hard shifting "might need a transmission in the near future" they also told me on my way out that the the check engine light code stated the battery might need to be replaced soon. Come to find out those codes were for the torque converter not the battery. Do not take your car here ever!

View on GoogleDO NOT take your car here. the mechanic has no clue what he is doing and will mess your car up. i went in to get my side mirror put on, a very simple job, and they do this to my interior. absolutely unacceptable, i will NEVER be taking my car to this awful place again. smh 🤦♀️
