Tony was my contact and was extremely knowledgeable and great at communication. Very competitive pricing on tires. They actually beat Walmart! I loved the personal service and I also love that it is a small business; the backbone of our country. One last kudos: a few months ago I brought my truck in for an alignment. They said I didn’t need it. True honesty. I have not been paid for this lol. Just impressed as heck.
View on GoogleThey’re so pleasant! Very underrated about my situation of having to wait. Most places would pretty much tell me I had to leave it but not them. And they were so fast at getting the job done. I was quit happy and surprised. My engine light came on and knew it had to be a coil. Sure enough it was, but it was 2! Not even 1 o’clock and I’m on my way home! Yea!!!
View on GoogleI was visiting my brother in Cartersville, Ga and I needed a headlight bulb and a turn signal bulb replaced on my truck. I called and asked if that was something they could do for me. The young lady who answered assured me that they could replace my bulbs. I was told to come anytime after 2, I got there about 1:35 a short time later I was told where to pull around to. I already had the bulbs, so there was 1 person on the front and one working on the bulb in the back. A very short time later I was told I was good to go. I asked where did I need to go pay? She told me to “get on out of here! No charge, you had the bulbs.” So needless to say, I left there with happy tears. Everyone was extremely nice, friendly and helpful. I would recommend them to anyone local but also if you’re from out of town, this is definitely the place to go. I just can’t thank them enough.
View on GoogleI went in for a 4 wheel alignment. Rebecca called to let me know the front tire was starting to separate. She offered to send me a list a recommended tires. At no time did I feel pressure to make a purchase. She also offered to meet a competitors price. I can recommend Styles Auto Care. Previously, Styles changed out the headset on our Subaru so we could use Carplay.
