I had taken my Dodge 3500 to 3 different people and no one could fix it. After spending $6000 with other people, I took it to Chad within three days. I had my truck back and it performed just as it should. He did it for a fraction of the cost. He will always be my go to guy.
View on GoogleI had 4 lights on my dash come on and a message to have my 4WD serviced. I called to see if they service 4WD. They got me right in. Diagnosed the problem. Told me what the fix would be, and how much. Fixed it. Double checked the diagnosis. Called to be picked up. And charged less than HALF what I was quoted elsewhere. I HIGHLY recommend you call.
View on GoogleBEWARE!!! Communication is lacking. Make sure you have a paper trail of the communication between you and Gene. Took my car in for heat problems they replaced the water pump and then I had absolutely no heat. Called and let them know I had no heat they told me to bring back in and had my car for 3 days and still no heat. When I called with my concern of no heat and $1,500 later Gene told me he didn’t know I didn’t have heat when every conversation that we had was about heat. Felt very dismissive and lack of communication is absurd. Basically they screwed up and won’t take accountability. Nothing was done about it just a “I’m sorry you feel that way” Bottom line is I HAD heat before you replaced the water pump and after your replaced it I had absolutely no heat. You told me yes your water pump is leaking and that is why you are not having heat when your car is idling. You changed it out and then I had no heat at all. I asked you to put the old water pump back on so I would have heat and you didn’t want to do that but took my money and wanted to act like you had no idea what I was talking about when I called you out on it.
View on GoogleVery disappointed, I was recommended by a family member. I feel they where overpriced for the job. I stopped the repair and ask for the diagnostic that they changed me $193.00 and on the receipt all the diagnostic report was the disciption of what I told them what the problem was. Not impressed I would not recommend them.
View on GoogleIf I could do no stars I would. they had my car for 3 weeks done nothing to it but pull stuff out and always said there technician was out. so I had to have it sent to another shop. Was charged 150 for no work done to it while it sat there and nothing touched.Then blamed the previous mechanic for what they done. Would not recommend.
