I took my Toyota Prius to Oz-Corp Autocare for an EGR inspection and cleaning. After checking the engine thoroughly, they honestly told me that the EGR system was working properly and did not need cleaning at this time. What impressed me most was their honesty. They could have easily recommended unnecessary work, but instead they explained the condition of the vehicle and helped me save money. They even refused to charge me for the inspection and their time. I felt that wasn’t right, and I offered to pay because knowledgeable and honest people like this deserve to be compensated for their expertise. It’s rare to find a shop that puts the customer’s best interest ahead of making a sale. If you’re looking for trustworthy mechanics who will give you honest advice and not sell you repairs you don’t need, I highly recommend Oz-Corp Autocare. They were able to see me same day, did a very thorough review with a preplanned checklist, videoed everything that was less than perfect, and were able to explain it all very well. I cross checked a few of their pricing estimates and they seem very fair, so after purchasing the car, they implemented some of the changes they recommended for the pre-discussed price. I highly recommend them for both car servicing and diagnostics.
View on GoogleI had got my 19 Hyundai Veloster Turbo (modded) towed here when I though the alternator went bad. The tow guy (different company) initially told me that's what it was. When I learned from Gustavo at Oz-Corp Autocare that it was just a bad battery causing my issues I was relieved. I asked a few other questions because I was having an engine light issues too. Dude was great answering and everything was great. Also allowed me to keep my car with them for a week or 2 (I drive semi trucks OTR) with no storage charge as long as I kept them updated with what was happening and when I was available to get my car. I appreciate their help so much, the car is great now and I'm happy to have it back. Thanks y'all.
