Absolutely Incredible Experience – What started as one of the most stressful mornings I can remember turned into a powerful reminder that truly good people still exist — and they work at Martins Garage. The day began on two hours of sleep, a 6:30 a.m. airport pickup, and a gas stop that turned into the beginning of what I can only describe as a full-blown country song. The wrong fuel went into our diesel truck, and we didn’t realize it right away — but the truck sure did. It started driving like it was personally offended by our life choices. By the time we smelled gas and figured out what happened, I had mentally cycled through every stage of grief — denial, panic, budgeting the repair in my head, and briefly considering whether horses were still a transportation option. After a couple of locals pointed us toward Martins Garage, we called them, and from that moment on, everything started getting better. Our truck wouldn’t restart, and stress levels were through the roof. A tow truck arrived quickly, and I’m pretty sure the driver needed the precision of a brain surgeon and the nerves of a bomb squad tech to get our Chevy 2500 loaded in that tight parking lot. Watching him maneuver that rig without a scratch was the first sign the day might not end in total disaster. When we arrived at the shop, I was overwhelmed with anxiety… and then we walked inside. It didn’t feel like a typical repair shop. It felt like walking into a family. Generations working together. Friends and neighbors stopping by. People chatting, preparing for the weather, getting propane and fuel. There was warmth, kindness, and a sense of community that you just don’t see much anymore. They treated us — and even our dog — with genuine care. They took the time to talk with us, not just about the truck but like we were people who mattered. They worked all day, went out for parts, and stayed committed to getting us back on the road. They even offered to help us find food and drinks while we waited. Yes, they fixed our truck — and did a fantastic job — but they also did something bigger. They calmed our fears, eased an incredibly stressful day, and reminded us that honest, hardworking, compassionate businesses still exist. Martins Garage isn’t just a repair shop. It’s a cornerstone of the community run by truly good people. If you ever need automotive help in Cartersville, this is where you want to be. Forever grateful. 💛

Called Martin's late night and they said they could come get my big truck and tow it off I75 and bring me to a anywhere I wanted. AJ showed up within 45 mins!! I asked who was really good and he recommended A Mobile Service and he got me there after blowing my turbo!! Thanks for all the good conversations and for taking care of my truck at the same time!!! Price was steep, but worth it for the Service I reviewed that night!! Thanksfir everything AJ!! Truck runs great now, and the Service you recommended was SPOT ON!!!!

I don’t usually give a review, But I wouldn’t recommend anyone to call them for services! They are VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! I called them and told them that my car was in the middle of the road and needed it towed, They gave me a price. I told them to come ahead and get the car because I was waiting. They said it would be 20 minutes… Which turned into an hour and some change… I called back 3 times. I even seen their services ride by me and my car and I had my emergency lights on and told notified them before they arrived. Thinking they were going to circle back around and they didn’t. I called back and the lady answered the phone and said someone is in route. Give them 20 minutes and they are going to call you, They never did! I ended up calling Matthew’s towing and they came right on time and didn’t even hesitate or give me the run around! Then y’all wanted to call me when the other towing company came, I guess y’all seen it and I politely said I didn’t need y’all services and NEVER will! And I hope no one uses y’all! Because again, Y’all are very UNPROFESSIONAL!

I have returned from a trip to Charleston SC when my truck pulling a 33ft. RV broke a serpentine belt that runs every. O man I was dead on side of I-75. Contacting Martins and they arrived in 20 min about 29 miles away from me. Had them repair my truck with very reasonable prices and professional mechanic work. I am very happy and totally satisfied with my repair from Martins garage service in Cartersville GA. Thank you Martins team for taking care of me and making my life easy. Mark 3/19/26.

Customer service was great. Prices are honest. If you do not want to get ripped off, this is the place to go. Would definitely use them again
