The repair was done in a reasonable amount of time. They honored the discount that was on the brochure that came in the mail. Some places send you the brochure and then quote you a different amount so that to me speaks to integrity of a business.Brake inspection was free. I thought the price was a little bit high, but for the quality of the work was worth every cent. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable and very detailed when they gave me the quote. I could go on but that's just a few of the things that stuck out to me.

Had the oil changed today on two vehicles. It was my first time to visit K.O. Automotive. Employees were personable, professional and prompt! I wish they could have spent more time with me as I had just bought a used truck and just had a lot of questions. Most of my questions were fairly basic, but my time allowed for just an oil change. I found the fees to be very reasonable! I will use them for all my needs and yes, I would recommend them to anyone.

I had a great experience with KO Automotive. The team was extremely friendly and professional from start to finish. They kept me informed about other issues with my car and explained everything clearly without any pressure. They were able to fix my serpentine belt quickly within a day, which was a huge relief. On top of that, their pricing was very affordable, especially in today’s economy. It is not easy finding a reliable mechanic you can trust, but KO Automotive has definitely earned that spot for me. If you are in need of a reliable and honest service, I highly recommend them.

Brought in my 2500 HD Chevy Silverado which had a check engine light on. KO ran diagnostics , order and replaced parts after communicating to me the problem and repair cost. They let me know when the repairs were done. Shop looks organized and clean with numerous mechanics onsite. I would highly recommend them.
