View on GoogleThe experience here has actually been very good, i appreciate the honesty from these guys. They made sure my vehicle was taken care of and even tho i had a small issue they immediately responded with true customer service and care and made sure everything was fixed. I appreciate John and Jeff and even the whole mechanic and paint team. Even though the business is small they deliver top quality service and they do a good job at responding to the messages and calls. I would definitely do business here again and I came all the way from Atlanta.
View on GoogleThe buying experience was good. I thought the price was too high for the truck. Bout it about a year ago. Drove it for a month. It was an 06 silverado for 9000. It did not have air, but I still bought it because it seemed to be a clean truck. After a month of driving it, the electronics went haywire and I have not been able to drive the truck since. They said they were in the middle of moving the dealership, so the truck wasn't finished. They said they would fix a couple things that didn't get buttoned up. But I wasn't able to drive the truck the two hours to get back to them to get the stuff fixed. Now its been sitting for months while I make payments. I give 3 stars because I acknowledge I should not have bought the lemon of a truck for what I felt was at the top of market value.
View on GoogleIf I can do no stars I would called and asked about a 2016 charger rt and asked if it was available John said it was told him I’m coming from Cleveland Tennessee and asked him “are you sure” he said yes drove an 1 and 55 mins to the dealership, we went on the lot to go look at it then John says oh I think it’s at the body shop I wait 20 mins locked me in the back with a gate then comes and tells me oh the transmission went out and the car isn’t available, I tell him why didn’t you say that and tell me that the car isn’t available, first dealership I’ve been to where the car isn’t ready knowing that a potential buyer is coming all I’ve heard is excuses and that he’s only one person mind you that there was no customer other then myself. No reimbursement no remorse I feel like I dodged a bullet because all the cars on the lot looks like in rough shape anyway I DO NOT RECOMMEND STAY AWAY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL TERRIBLE BUSINESS IM SO FRUSTRATED WASTED MY TIME!!
