Great experience, my car is running pretty well. Fixed my car in a timely matter and efficiently even with the storm delays. All of my car problems are solved, couldn’t asked for a better mechanic. Would recommend.
View on GoogleI have never called here before and I probably never will again. This one was weird. A guy with a deep voice answered the phone. After I said who I was, he screamed like little girl and hung up. That's not normal behavior.
View on GoogleI took my car in today for some maintenance required at 100K miles due to K.O. Automotive was destroyed by fire. I had made an appointment 2 weeks earlier. Service was great and you want find a more honest person than Jeff Eller. Their work is impeccable. Jeff called to let me know I needed wiper blades and gave me a choice of less expensive or better blades that cost a little more. My vehicle was ready within a few hours and he even offered to take me home and pick me up, but I live close by so I walked. I had used his shop quite a few years ago and was pleased with his service at that time. Highly recommend!!
View on GoogleThese guys did a fine job. Cliff was very responsive and communicated well and was proactive in doing so. A challenging job was done well and was not expensive. At first the hourly rate seemed high, the efficiency is very high though. There is no way I could have done in four hours labor what they did. Eller also gave suggestion on how to treat diesel fuel to clean injectors on the vehicle.
View on GoogleHad my 06 GTO serviced yesterday .Had a appointment set at 9 am and my car was taken in and worked on at 9 am..Work was completed and unlike dealers nothing else was found or needed attention at a later date. The people there friendly and explained what they had done. I would recommend Eller to anyone, service attitude and cost were the best I have seen in many years
