This shop was recommended by my mechanic worst mistake... after him telling me what was wrong with my car. he quoted me 2500. I told him I could not do that because I was a single mother.. Its all I can to get by. So he quoted me 1200 dollars.. Next day my car was fixed in 1 and half hours. My son went to lay him did not give him a receipt and made him pay in cash.. I got in my car the next day it's still doing the same thing. I called them being it back by will look at and put it on the machine. You were supposed to do that the first time. So I took to the nissian dealership they put a 35 dollar catalytic converter on my car and it was the spark plugs and coils that I had to end up paying for..This shop ripped me off and I may never see that money but I want people to know what they did. The way this world is horrible and people dont have money to just be giving people that was my last. Think twice before going to this shop...... beware

I had the absolute best experience recently at City Muffler. In order to not miss work I needed a small repair done same-day. After driving to 4 local shops it was recommended to me (by Robbie of Robbie’s Auto Repair in Dallas, GA) that I drive over to City Muffler. Upon arrival I was immediately met by a fellow named Pickle who simply asked for the keys to my truck and then drove it straight into the lift. I was out the door in 20 minutes with the best price possible! I highly recommend City Muffler to anyone who appreciates a perfect balance of technical proficiency and customer care!!!

Told me something on the phone and as soon as I got there got too work and had me in and out quicker than I expected and hundreds less than expected!! Very good environment around the shop along with the guy who helped me was very knowledgeable and good to deal with pickle was great HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE
