The wait is astronomical, which isn't the worse part. They put lug nuts back on so tight that when changing the brakes we couldn't remove the lug nuts. It broke the matco breaker bar my husband was using and then when we switched to a different breaker bar, it rounded the lug nut completely; we're unable to remove it at all. We will not return.

I’m not one to normally write reviews, but I feel this needs to be shared. Back on 9/15/25, I took my F150 here to get the tires rotated and balanced. Upon getting home, I checked one of the rear tires. It was severely over torqued and the lug nuts swelled. It’s a common issue with the Ford OEM lugs to do this, so it wasn’t that big of a deal. I just got around to replacing them with a one-piece design today. I found the two rears tires were severely over torqued causing damage to the lugs, and the front tires were barely tight. I could just about loosen them by hand. Too tight is one thing but loose enough to potentially start backing off going down the road is unacceptable. There are too many shops in town to come here again.

This place absoulte scam horrible service. They lift my truck by the differential messes up the seal. Also ask for a alignment check an to call never called charged me for it an I didnt need it. They gave my momey back after I had to threaten to call state on them they do not do honest work definitely dont recommend they're very scummy

The people at Roy's Tire Center are absolutely wonderful. Daniel went above and beyond to make sure I was pleased with the alignment on my truck. I recommend this shop to anyone looking for tires or that needs an alignment.

Had this place put on 2 tires. Upon leaving the place my tire light came on and I found that the had over inflated ALL of my tires well past what the are supposed to be at. (Supposed to be at 36 psi all were filled to 42 psi.) Additionally they failed to balance the tires that they installed and I had to take my vehicle elsewhere to get the tires resolved.
