I had a really good experience at Precision Motor Cars, and I don’t say that lightly when it comes to auto shops. From the moment we walked in, Trish made the check-in process easy and stress-free. She was pleasant, efficient, and genuinely helpful—not rushed or dismissive. You could tell she cared about getting everything right and making sure we were comfortable from the start. Cody was just as impressive. He’s extremely knowledgeable but explains things in a way that actually makes sense. I asked a lot of questions, and he took the time to walk through everything without talking down to me or overcomplicating it. What I appreciated most was that he didn’t just push services—he gave practical advice and even shared tips on small maintenance things I could handle myself, like changing engine air filters, knowing I’m fairly handy. That kind of honesty and transparency goes a long way. Overall, the place just felt professional, respectful, and easy to deal with. No pressure, no attitude—just good people who know what they’re doing and are willing to help. I wouldn’t hesitate to come back or recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy shop.

Well guys as of right now, I’m going to get five stars. This is just off of the customer service that I have received thus far. But The next step is actually getting the work done and giving you guys an update on how that portion of everything went. Standby and stay tuned. I will give an updated review on how the full experience was from start to finish. I know we hear a lot of times on how shops play with the prices, and create new items for you to replace or REPAIR on your car, once you have it In the Shop bay , or even try to mentally prepare you for all the things they’re going to add in, including a brand new engine that you will need, which is all false, but as of right now, things are good, and I haven’t experienced that , YET, but once again, stay tuned and I will give you the final update after I pick up my vehicle.

We have been customers of Precision Motor Cars for at least nine years, and we can still say with confidence and satisfaction that they are the best in the region for Mercedes-Benz service and repair. PERIOD. The entire crew is professional, friendly, and most importantly, highly skilled. We will be buying a new used Mercedes sometime this year, and this team will service it!

This is “The Shop” you want to take your car or truck to! They have twice repaired my son’s VW Passat, when other shops threw thier hands up, but Cody and his team are the best. Both times, they got it resolved and once they didn’t even charge us. I cannot say enough good things about Precision Motorcars…Cody, Trisha and everyone there is friendly, professional and knowledgeable. There is no better automotive service to be found. Don’t waste time with other places, call Precision and get it done right the first time!
