As a first time customer I had an amazing experience with Killian Automotive in Canton. The customer service by Tiffany was very friendly and professional. She scheduled my appointment for an oil change and tire rotation and let me know to allow an hour because they do a thorough check of sll systems for no extra charge! The front reception room is like no other auto business I've experienced. It felt line I was in a comfortable hotel lovvy with complimentary beverages and snacks. I would definitely recommend everyone trying this great establishment and they pretty much do all things except body work.

My lucky 🍀 day as I was looking for family owned, smaller automotive shop with satisfied customers!! Thankfully I was referred to Killian’s by one of their customers with years of fantastic service…whom I know personally! I’m fairly new to area so I drove to Killian’s to check them out in person. Tiffany was prompt , a great listener , efficient plus she came to looked under the hood of my vehicle! 🚗 I made an appt to replace a part & oil change. communication was excellent on all levels. Had my car in timely and car was ready in 1 hour ! ( quote was 1-2 hrs) including oil /filter change plus much needed tire rotation. Grateful to have found the trusted , family owned , exceptional automotive shop I was searching for!! Thanks a million!
