Brought my transmission up to the shop to have it remanufactured and I got it back with more problems than I brought it there for. They weren’t cooperative on fixing the problems they caused. They wanted to charge me more for fixing a problem they caused and ended up repaying but not fixing the problems they caused with my transmission that will now cost more to get rebuilt somewhere else. They almost seem like they have no real will to work on the jobs they are getting paid to do.

I've been in the auto business for over 40 years. I've dealt with many business owners over the years and Mike is one of the most stand up guys in any walk of life. Years ago he stood behind a job that he did so far above what was fair I was blown away. Not only is he the type with good morals and character but he is flat out good at his trade. He is the last of a dying breed. What's even better is his son has the same character. So good business at Cherokee Transmissions will continue for awhile longer for sure.
