Great experience from start to finish. Originally came in wanting to get some larger tires and a softer suspension for a round town Driving while not sacrificing the towing capacity of our truck . Marcus helped talk me through a couple different options and we chose to do a 3 inch ready lift kit with Falcon 1:1 shocks on a 2024 Chevy Silverado 2500HD We kept the stock 20 inch wheels and installed some 35.5” tires. Minor trimming on carpet Wow what a difference! Not even noticeable that we raised the truck when stepping in and out, and the ride quality is night and day from stock. The truck came in with 40,000 miles and it feels like it’s brand new off a lot but even better. These guys were incredible. I got new Nitto Grapplers on my 2021 Tundra and had the front leveled. I sat in there a couple hours and had the pleasure of watching how seamlessly this operation runs. When the diagnostics revealed that our Kia Soul needed more extensive work, including additional parts and labor to replace the tie rods, owner Jared Johnson personally explained the situation with honesty and clarity.
