I decided to give Vaughan a try after receiving one of their mailers and seeing their excellent online reviews. I had been happy with my previous shop, but Vaughan is much closer and more convenient. Cody and Matt were both great to work with. They got me set up for my annual service, reviewed and quoted a known repair at a better price than I had received elsewhere, and diagnosed and repaired a new leak I had noticed. When I later had a question about a vibration while braking at highway speeds, Matt was extremely helpful and patient in identifying and resolving the issue. Overall, I had a great experience. I'd definitely recommend this shop and plan to use them again for future service.

I’m a DIY type of person, and had the great intention of tuning up my 2002 Mercedes E-320. Never again, it appears that all the non-OEM parts I purchased failed miserably. Car had to be towed to Vaughn Automotive. I explained in depth what was wrong with my Mercedes . The team at Vaughn Automotive took the time to listen to my concerns and thoroughly explain the necessary repairs. They provided a detailed estimate upfront and kept me informed throughout the entire process. One of the main things I liked was the client communication and the fact they have all of their qualification/training certificates on the wall in the waiting room. They also have a pretty neat payment/work authorization App that thoroughly explains vehicle issues and how to fix it. Price is a bit higher than other shops but you definitely want it done right and the work is excellent. At the end; all coil packs and spark plugs, wires, fuel injectors (OEM), oil change and a new manifold had to be replaced. Vehicle its a twenty four year vehicle and thanks to Vaughn Automotive it runs like its new. I highly recommend Vaughn Automotive for their exceptional customer service and quality workmanship.

Vaughan Automotive recently did an amazing job servicing my Mercedes. They were extremely detailed, communicative, and provided a quick turnaround for the work. They even provided a loaner throughout the period of the work being completed. I intend to make them my primary shop moving forward. Cody and Matt are great!

I have an older Mercedes Benz. It's a 2007 E350 and when I tell you that Matt, Cody and the rest of the staff have taken care of my vehicle/baby for almost 10+yrs. I found them online purely out of desperation. My transmission at the time was acting funny. Took it to Cobb Mercedes Benz dealership and they wanted to charge me $8900 for an new transmission and offered to sell me a new Benz in the process. We all know the tactics! So when I brought it to Vaughan Automotive, Matt did a full diagnostic and found out that it didn't need a new transmission. It just needed the plate which is like a motherboard. So I had some other minor things done as well and $1400 later my car was back on the road. They were always professional and honest. They always provide pictures of the issue and explain thoroughly what is going on with the vehicle and what would need to be done. Recently, I had some repair done to the camshaft and manifold at a reasonable price and they had me back on the road in no time! Thank you guys for taking care of my baby after all these years!
