I needed some work done on my daughter's car(tires and brakes). I appreciated that they did a free inspection to determine exact needs before providing a quote/estimate. Great customer service and follow up. I had them do the front brakes and rotors along with 2 new tires. I was able to apply for financing and was approved! The work was completed in a day and my daughter is happy and notices the difference when she drives. Highly recommended!

From start to finish, the service was outstanding—they went above and beyond to help me in every way possible. A special thank you to Haley, who was incredibly kind and kept me informed every step of the way. She explained what was being done, the cost of repairs, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. What really stood out to me is that they even followed up with me twice after my car was repaired—that level of care is rare. I’m beyond satisfied and can confidently say I’m a Tire South customer for life!

They work to give me the best price and help me save. Their office is clean and well maintained as well which I really appreciate. Their decorator did an excellent job.
View on GoogleThe friendly service received when I walked in to purchase a set of tires doesn't reflect my follow up. I emailed my sales person regarding my concerns but was never responded to. The set of tires I purchased are the worst tires I have ever bought. I know Atlanta has rough roads but even when taking a "road test " the tires ride rough on smooth roads. It also looks like they were poorly fitted on the rims. This is my first purchase from Tire South. Maybe I got what I paid for you 😏
View on GoogleI knew my alignment was off and I bent a rim because I already saw a mechanic who deduced these things. I just went to Tire South for a second opinion. They charged me $150 for a diagnostic only to tell me that nothing was wrong and that all I needed was a tire rotation. They clearly have no idea what they're doing and moreover, one of the mechanics said I would have to go to the dealer to get a certain alert cleared from my dashboard. NOT TRUE. I got it fixed elsewhere and was fine. Would not recommend this place.
