He was professional, knowledgeable, honest, and made the whole process smooth and stress free. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I was taken care of throughout the entire visit. My recent experience with Tire South was beyond exceptional. My partner and I were researching all-terrain tires for my Jeep and decided to make a purchase at the Howell Mill location. Danny greeted us with kindness and professionalism the moment we walked through the doors. He was very knowledgable about tires, suspension, and he answered all of our questions throughly. He walked me through all of the financing options and got us a great deal on a brand new set of tires. He even suggested different options for recycling or selling my soon-to-be old tires. It honestly felt like I was doing business with a friend who genuinely cares. Akeem was also a standout on the Tire South team. I brought the Jeep in for installation, and he notified me instantly the moment everything was ready. The tires look and feel amazing—they're everything I wanted at half the cost I expected. Tire South at Howell Mill Road in Atlanta is fantastic! The manager Jeff (Jeffrrey) went far out of his way to accommodate me, take care of my concerns, and provided excellent customer service! I initially paid for my tires, but found a more competitive price overnight. Jeff graciously provided a refund for the difference! I had a very frustrating experience during my most recent visit and would not recommend based on how my situation was handled. I have been to this shop before for a tire plug and had a great experience, which is why I chose to return. However, this visit was completely different. I initially called to get a quote for a replacement tire, but was told no pricing could be provided unless the car was physically brought in. Because my vehicle was inoperable, I had to pay out of pocket to have it towed to the location. Once I arrived, Danny immediately began recommending additional services, including replacing all four tires and a $400 alignment, instead of focusing on the single tire I asked about. I understand recommendations are part of the process, but the way it was presented felt very pushy and included statements suggesting my vehicle would have issues with braking and charging if I did not proceed. After taking time to consider my options and make calls, I decided to move forward with just one tire and declined the additional services. At that point, I was told the tire could be retrieved from the warehouse within 1 to 1.5 hours. Shortly after, I was then told that because I had waited the tire would not arrive before closing, even though there were still several hours left in the business day. Additionally, it took nearly an hour just to attempt to complete payment, which added to the overall frustration and delay. Due to the lack of transparency, the pressure to purchase services I did not ask for, and the inconvenience after already paying for a tow, I ultimately chose to take my business elsewhere. I recommend that future customers get clear pricing and timelines upfront before committing to bringing their vehicle in.

Great service! I got my tires replaced and aligned. Akeen was super helpful, as was the rest of the staff - they checked in afterwards to see whether everything was fine (which it was). The prices are, as far as I can tell, the best in the area.
