If I could give this business zero stars, I absolutely would. The level of unprofessionalism and dishonesty I experienced was shocking. I went in looking for a used or new 245/45R18 tire, and the worker initially helped me right away. However, when I was paying, I noticed the tire was the wrong size. I brought this to his attention, and he replaced it. Upon performing my final inspection, I discovered that the replacement tire had a hole in it that appeared to have been caused by the worker. When I asked him about it, his response was, "This is all we have; we don’t have your size!" This response was incredibly frustrating, as I should have been informed about this beforehand when I first inquired about the tire. We ended up in a verbal dispute regarding a refund, and I was left feeling completely dissatisfied. If I had wanted my tire patched, I would have asked for that upfront. I strongly advise against spending your hard-earned money here. DO NOT waste your time or money at this establishment.
