I had a great experience with Thermy! I called him around 8am after hearing a grinding noise from my tire/brakes, and he was at my house ready to work within two hours. He was incredibly honest and transparent the whole time! He showed me exactly what was going on with my brakes, explained everything clearly, and even shared the itemized receipt for the parts he bought. That gave me peace of mind & confidence that I was being treated fairly. There was a mix-up with the auto parts store not having everything in stock, but he came back the next day to finish the job the right way instead of rushing it. He was very professional, efficient, and easy to work with. I’m really glad I found someone I can trust with my car. Definitely recommend! 🙌🏿

So today I saw Twin and it was an amazing experience. He was able to see me on his day off, which was really convenient and I really appreciate him taking the time and he also gave a suggestion for me to fix my brakes and rotors. He did an excellent job and was very compatible with the price that I was looking for and I was able to come to him and he was able to work on it efficiently and immediately and it took him less than an hour to fix it and he also made sure that it worked. They communicate communicated effectively and I would recommend five out of five star!
