Status Truck and TraiIer Repair

The worst customer service and service that I have ever experienced. I had them repair my RV air conditioning system. Supposedly they repaired the system but they did not. The AC system worked for a few hours and quit. All the freon leaked out. They will not stand by their work. They will not honor the service agreement.They wanted me to pay again for the service and repair that obviously their technician did not complete satisfactorily. He claimed he put a vacuum on the system for over two hours, and leak checked it and found no leaks at all. The company has fired the technician because of his less than professional work practices including the service he performed on my AC system. I would suggest that if you are looking for RV, Truck or trailer service to look elsewhere I will take them to court, I already contacted my attorney, it's the principal on it all. I felt compelled to warn you all.

I have worked in transportation now for over 20 years. I over see a multi regional owner operator and asset based fleet. I am always on the hunt for quality work at a competitive price point. It is a struggle to find reliable service in the Atlanta area. We were always calling the dealers or calling random shops to get quotes or check availability. If they were available they were over priced. If they were reasonably priced they were not available or did not return calls or provide timely diagnostics. Status answers the phone or returns the call. Gets me in quick for a diagnosis and gives me an honest timeline for repairs barring any unknown issues discovered (they usually don't press unless it is a DOT OOS issue or its something that will put me down soon, which I appreciate) or parts delays. They beat or match the competitors price every time. When they tell me the truck needs something they have yet to be incorrect. I chose not to listen to their guidance once and my truck was back a few weeks later. Every time I have taken their guidance the truck experienced more up time and I did not have to worry about taking it back because it was actually fixed.

We had a very frustrating experience with this shop handling a liftgate repair on our commercial work truck. A liftgate repair typically takes 1–3 days, but our truck was in their possession from 4/21 until we finally picked it up yesterday—far longer than expected. Throughout that time, communication was inconsistent and we were given changing explanations about what parts were needed, including pins and a cylinder. At one point, we were going to be charged for a part that was not used, and only after we questioned it was that charge removed. When we were finally told the truck was ready, the pickup process became another issue. We were first told they do not accept American Express. When we attempted to pay with Visa, we were then told they could only accept cash or check due to them “moving.” This forced us to leave, go to the bank, and return—only to wait nearly an hour just for someone to process the payment. Because of these delays and complications, we were unable to confirm routes in time, resulting in another full day of lost business. Overall, the experience felt disorganized and unnecessarily difficult to navigate. Based on this experience, we would not recommend this company.

They were very helpful and knowledgeable even the lady at the front desk. Now don’t go in the there thinking she knows everything lol she just knows from experience from what I can tell. The staff was very helpful in giving me an alternative just to get back home and getting what I need fixed, compared to other shops that are near there. Which I am very thankful for they did a great job patching it up. I would definitely recommend this place

Status will get your truck diagnosed and fixed quickly. Entire process in and out in a timely manner. Any repair needs on Cummins, Detroit, paccar i recommend 👍🏽. I had a tail light issue i couldn't trace they looked at it and it came out to be the SAM chasis module
