I had an epiphany this morning that I should probably get my daughter's car working so it could pass emissions and I could renew my registration (1st year of college, she left it home so it wasn't pressing to get it fixed). Anyway, after a quick Google search, Robert's info jumped out at me and after reading the reviews, I decided to reach out and got a response within a reasonable time. He was helpful and respectful and when he had to leave to pick up unexpected parts once he started doing his work, he made sure to keep me posted. The car is back up and running 🙌🏾.

I’ve had a string of bad experiences with dealerships over the past couple of weeks, so I honestly went into this expecting more of the same—overpriced work, vague explanations, and unnecessary add-ons. This experience turned out to be the complete opposite. From the start, the mechanic was professional, responsive, and clearly knowledgeable. He arrived in a timely manner, quickly diagnosed the issue (which was spark plugs and ignition coil related), and explained what was going on in a way that was easy to understand. Throughout the process, he kept me updated and never pushed unnecessary repairs or extra labor. What really stood out was the honesty. I had already received a much higher quote from the dealership for the exact same repair, but this mechanic had no idea what that quote was and still came in with a much more reasonable, fair market price on his own. He stayed within the quoted range and focused only on fixing the actual problem without trying to upsell anything. The repair was done quickly and correctly—the moment I drove off, my car rode noticeably smoother, and it still feels great days later with no issues. After my recent dealership experiences, this was a refreshing change. Honest, skilled, and fairly priced work is hard to find, and I would absolutely recommend this shop without hesitation.
