My car was towed to this repair shop and the manager (Lance) was very thorough in explaining what the problem was with my car and offered me a couple of options on how I could handle the issue. He was very upfront with the costs and the overall expenses came up to be a really reasonable price. He answered my calls to the best of his ability and was really good at getting back to me with updates. The service and communication I received from this repair shop was excellent considering how I just up and left my car in their lot with no appointment.

I began going to professional auto in 2010. They serviced my 2005 XC90. Lance was the best manager and John the best mechanic. I only experienced a few mechanical issues which they took care of and I never went back for the same problem. They also took care of all recommend services. After my wife and I got new jobs in 2016 we found it difficult to make it to the shop and I started doing my own maintenance. This year we bought a 2019 XC90 and the AC went out. I decided to take it to Lance. In and out in around 2 hours. I tried to bait Lance into saying that the mechanic who did my oil change had let all of the Freon out because all the system needed was to be recharged, but he wouldn't. He stayed professional. Today I got in the car and the AC is still working. Almost 10 years later and he remembered me when I walked thru the door and he gave me the same service he gave me them! Highly recommend Professional Auto on Monroe!
