I had a great experience at Muffler King. I came in for an oil change and new tires, and everything was handled quickly and professionally. The staff was helpful, the pricing was fair, and they made the whole process smooth and stress-free. My car is running great, and I’ll definitely be coming back for future services. Highly recommend!

View on GoogleI pulled up to this place hoping someone could listen to my exhaust just to see if I actually needed exhaust work. I was quoted $80 diagnostics price. I said just to listen? I was then quoted $40 just for someone to do that. This is the 3rd time over a 2 year period I’ve tried this place for a service. One time being exhaust tips being installed. But never have I enjoyed the experience here. They are nonchalant and rude. They actually seem like they do not want anyone’s business. And I will never visit them again. Nor will I ever recommend them to anyone.

Came in to my vehicle worked on since the manager was trying to go home early and close shop he changed the already quoted prices. $500 for a job that was already quoted for less. When trying to ask question on why did price so high. I can feel tension and anger from the manager. So unprofessional and hands me back the key in anger. What kind of customer from a business is this? Also I got there at 6pm and you guys were trying to say y’all are about to close. The business hours online states 7:30 pm . Trying to close up shop early and overcharge me for job already quoted is unacceptable.
