They werehonest from the get go and had my car back to me in two days. Runs perfect. I will be taking my business there for everything vehicle related. When I get a different car I plan on taking it to John and or Eugene to tell me if it is a good vehicle to purchase. I absolutely trust there work ethic as well as their opinion on what I need or should do. Everyone I spoke with at the shop was extremely nice and easy to tak to. Absolute customer service the way it should be. Thank you Mid-town tire for making me feel good about having to spend 3000$ to get repairs done. I did not one time feel taken advantage of and that is everything. Good job

Our family has used MidTown for many years. It is a stable business. They provide free services with no wait time— tire pressure, fluid checks, change wiper blades. If I do need to wait, their customer lounge is always clean & tidy & comfortable. There is also outside seating. The employees are genuinely friendly and very respectful to women. I trust their recommendations and information. I often can arrive on the spur of the moment & they accommodate me. There are plenty of employees to perform a task so I never have to spend a long time while they work on my vehicle.

This was a good experience. I came in on a "snow" day with a nail in my tire. I was shocked that they were able to repair it for $25 and did not attempt to sell me a new tire. Thank you. I have been visiting DW Campbell Goodyear on Howell Mill Road for over 30 years, but I am looking for a new shop since I recently moved to the neighborhood. I will visit again.

Marcus checked my fluids, topped off my windshield wiper fluid and gave me advice on when I should come back to rotate and change my tires.
