The mechanics are great. But I decided to pass on the great mechanics because the receptionist is horrible. I spent over $2500 with this shop. I came back because the check engine light came back on. I was given an estimate of $860. I gave a deposit of $430 for the parts. I was never called too bring the car back. The radiator burst which was not in the diagnostic. I called the receptionist and asked for a quote on the radiator. But she never called back. So I got the car repaired at another shop. When I did speak with the receptionist, and told her what happened. She said the owner would call me. After speaking to the owner. I was told I would have to pay 30% of the deposit and I could come pick up my cash. I live two hours away from the shop. So about an hour later the receptionist calls me and says the owner will not be back with my money until 5:30. It's 5:35 right now. I've been here since 4 as I just came to settle this. When I got to the shop, my favorite mechanic Darryl told me the receptionist told him he was trying to scam me. Which can't be true because I was about to tow my other car to this shop. Over all the so is set up very professionally and the mechanics are great but I'll never go back because of the receptionist. She needs therapy. :edit: Or maybe they all do. I wanted to speak to the owner about the service. Especially since I still wanted work done but She meaning the owner, just looked me in my face and lied to me. So I guess it is what it is. Go at your own risk. But I wouldn't.

Great shop! I got a motor change and they completed it in a timely fashion. The shop kept me in the loop with frequent updates on what's going on with my vehicle. The shop is clean and comfortable, the staff is nice and professional especially the lady at the front desk Melody. Melody is the star of the show. She's professional, knowledgeable, and nice. Give that woman a raise! I'll be back in the future with any car issues.

View on GoogleDarrell isn’t a horrible mechanic, this shop is just incapable of doing thorough work and will charge you as if they are doing it. They are absolutely capable of simple things and an oil changes well within their capacity Beyond that, they look for the quickest way to get your car out of their shop without doing thorough diagnosis or really investigating the condition of the car On top of that, the front desk will argue with you if you ask for detail or wish to see concrete data of what they’ve said they’ve done . Do not recommend
