View on GoogleI don’t like leaving bad reviews, but I feel like this one has to be left. I started taking my car here last year because it was close to my home and wanted to patron my community businesses. Yesterday, Mann said he could take care of my issue and to drop it off in the morning when they opened at 9. I arrive at 9:30 and no one is there. Doors locked lights off. I wait for a while and texted him (which he tells you to do) about what was going on and no response. An hour passes and he’s still not there, not answering phone calls or texts, and no one he works with seems to know where he is. I have to go to another mechanic where my car has to stay unsafe to drive for another week. (still no response as I’m writing this 3 hours later. Don’t get sucked in if your first visit is quick and smooth. He’s very unreliable and not trustworthy.

They got the job done faster than I expected, and the price was very reasonable for such major work. On top of that, they went above and beyond by detailing my car before returning it—it looked and ran like new! View on GoogleHusband broke down months ago on his way home from our son’s appointment 4 hours away. This was the closest auto body shop, so it was brought here. They replaced the transmission but it was faulty. They told us to bring it in to fix it, but it was unable to be driven. They suggested a tow that was going to cost us hundreds more on top of what the original cost of the transmission was for. Here we are a few months later and $4,000 more down the tank due to it causing more issues to our car in the first place.
