I needed a mechanic to help me with a pre purchase inspection for private seller vehicle and I had previously found Malik’s YouTube channel and I liked the work he was doing so I sent him a message. He gave me a prompt response back asking for the detail of vehicle and the price of the service. One I sent my deposit Malik provided a link to book the appointment. Came day of the appointment Malik showed up as promised and gave his honest opinion of the vehicle I was purposes and was able to give me some insight on any future repairs I may need to invest in if I was going to purchase the vehicle but also reassured me that he would be willing to work with me if I wanted to take care of the repairs. He gave me confidence that I was making a decent purchase for what I needed the vehicle for. So I bought the vehicle for less than the seller was asking for (since Malik pointed out certain repairs needed). A few months later I had a radiator leak so I contacted Malik once more stating what issue I was having, once more I was given a diagnosis deposit price, and once I paid I was given a link to book my appointment. I was a little afraid he wasn’t going to be available as it was the first week of the January but he wasn’t able to come out the VERY NEXT DAY! He showed up, confirmed it was a bad radiator and proceeded to aquire the necessary parts to replace the radiator. Malik completed the job that same day of which made me very happy as I rely on my vehicle to get to work and for other contracting jobs. Overall I’m very pleased with going with Malik as my mobile mechanic and I would recommend to anyone who may need one.

Malik came highly recommended but I will tell you for sure his customer service by far leaves much to be desired. His tone via text messages was rude and almost as if you are bothering him for services that you are going to pay for! He may be a great mechanic but please be prepared for an arrogant, he-doing-you-a favor attitude. I was genuinely excited to support a Black business owner, but NAH I'm good. You've been warned...

My experience with Malik and his business (about 4 weeks ago now) were positive overall. He responded quickly, most information was easily found and navigated online and he was able to fit me in the next morning (for consultation AND repair). That was greatly appreciated! My ‘15 Impala had a coolant leak & was running hot - the Repairs weren’t drawn out and even after a small mishap with some clamps post repair - he seemed receptive of the info, willing to come back out & address the issue, if needed and replaced coolant that was lost after the fact. Thanks for your quick and convenient services! I would likely utilize the services here again 🤗

If passion and skill was a person, it would be Malik. From beginning to the end, he clearly explained his process and set expectations. Finding a certified, knowledgeable Mechanic can be daunting, however when I contacted him, we felt our BMW Gran Coup was in good hands. Malik was able to diagnose the problem, and then offered his findings after diagnostics along with research and was able to get our car back in working condition. His price point for repairs was appreciated, and suggestions for the cost of parts were spot on. I’ll recommend Malik, and his services to anyone and look forward to working with him again. I have to give Malik a GLOWING REVIEW!!! I was one of his customers years ago when I had a Honda CRV Malik used to work on, and he was awesome. Now I have an Infiniti QX60 and he didn't skip a beat. Malik is professional, personable, gives fantastic car service AND customer service! He hooked me up in about an hour changed my brake pads and oil and I was done before I knew it and he even double checked something I had a concern over from the dealership and made sure I was good to go!! Malik is an awesome mechanic and I highly recommend him!
