This repair shop is no longer run by Lonny, unfortunately. Not sure of the owner, but I took my car here for an oil change and alignment check in May. I dropped off my car at 7am. At 5pm, no services had been performed. It was after 6pm when the oil change was allegedly completed. The alignment check was not done. I had to pay for 2 ubers and a full price service, plus wait over an hour. Fast forward a few months and my oil light comes on. There was no oil in my car. I took it to Mazda to check for a leak. No leaks. The shop either didn't change the oil, or they put too little and it burned off over time. I can't imagine having to replace a destroyed engine due to this b.s. NEVER take your car here. Drive it into a wall first, it's less risky.

I have been having my car(s) serviced here for many years. I learned about this mechanic shop from a woman I met in an enterprise shuttle. Gotta love the little chats you can have on the road!! Since then I have been a loyal customer. Even after getting my first “check up” for my newer car at the dealership I knew I was coming back to this location. They are so fair and honest with pricing. They can be a little busy at times. I always try to drop my car off at 7am and expect a call when it’s done. An oil change can take 1-2 hours depending on how busy they are. They are busy for a reason! Because they tell you the truth, sometimes they are waiting on parts and that’s not their fault. When they have serviced my car they never try to over-sell me filters or things that aren’t necessary at that time. They are always nice and full of knowledge. I highly recommend if you need your car worked on, to bring it here!

Even though they didn’t have a tire on hand I explained I was in a rush and their staff went above and beyond to order and replace my tire in a very timely fashion for a very reasonable price. Greatly appreciated, and I’ll definitely be coming back for any other auto repair needs(:

View on GoogleI paid them $1250.00 For car repairs. They told me that the car was fixed. I caught the Greyhound bus down here from Memphis,Tn. To pick up my car. Drove it a couple of miles and it ran hot. I took it back and had to catch the Greyhound back to Memphis. I called 10 days later, They told me the car was fixed again. I make it to Villa Rica and the car ran hot again. Now, I'm stuck here. I will be be calling the better business bureau. I don't recommend you to do business with these people.
