I feel deeply moved and incredibly grateful—especially to two men’s… I believe one is the manager—a tall gentleman wearing glasses; he was very professional and understanding, the second was a younger guy with messy hair—slender, but extremely kind. I didn't ask for their names, but I am immensely grateful and honored by their care; they offered something far beyond mere customer service—they are truly wonderful, compassionate human beings.

Even my little boy was trying to talk to the owner, he ignored my son. I'm only giving 3 stars because they work fast and the prices are affordable

View on GoogleFlat tire, looked up and there they were. Staff didn't speak when I walked up, just pointed to the office. When I got in the office the workers sat and glared at me and my daughter without saying anything. I asked if they worked there and they ignored me again. My daughter got very uncomfortable. Finally one of them acknowledged me, muttering. Definite language barriers however, we both tried. I told him I had a flat. I let the awkward exchange go. He checked it, couldn't fix it, and sold me a tire. He put it on, I paid a disposal fee for the old one and thanked him. He gave us a complimentary mint. I said goodbye to the other workers and thanked them again. We left. I'm just grateful they were there because, I didn't want to be stranded, somewhere is never been, with my kid.
View on GoogleI’ve been here twice now. It’s a great place and very reasonable prices. I got my tire patched for $30 cash. I wish I would have known that they offered alignments. I paid more than double at Buttler wheels and tires.
