First off, I don’t mean to write an essay, just being real about my experience with an Automotive — A Shop That Actually Cares! I came in as an emergency. My 2020 F-150 Platinum EcoBoost started overheating and I was hoping it was something simple — maybe just a hose leak. What Anthony and his team discovered was far more serious. At 125,000 miles, my gaskets had severely hardened, crystallized, and deteriorated — leaking coolant throughout the engine in multiple places. On top of that, the water pump had aged significantly and was also failing. What I thought was a minor issue turned out to be a cooling system that was quietly breaking down, robbing my truck of performance for longer than I even realized. What impressed me most was the communication and transparency — not just in the diagnosis, but in the cost and issues my vehicle had. Every step of the way, Sarge and his team were completely honest and open. They didn’t just tell me what was wrong, they showed me, explained it, and made sure I understood exactly what needed to be done and why. The pricing was fair, clearly broken down, and there were no surprise charges or hidden fees. No pressure. Just straight answers and honest numbers. After the repairs were completed, the difference was night and day. My truck felt more powerful and responsive than it ever has. I even heard my turbos spooling and boosting properly for the first time — that’s how compromised the engine had been running for years!! Sarge — you were absolutely amazing. These are people who genuinely take pride in their craft and treat every customer like family. I will be returning for all vehicle repairs and service going forward — personally and for my fleet. I was a first-time customer at this shop and, unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. I visited on Monday to have my car’s A/C repaired. Initially, Mr. Lawson stated he would pick up the necessary part. Later, he mentioned it would arrive on a delivery truck, then said it had not arrived. After waiting approximately four hours, he said he would go to O’Reilly’s to pick it up. Shortly after, I was informed through his wife that the part would not be delivered until Wednesday. I communicated that I would return on Thursday. When I called on Wednesday, Mr. Lawson stated that the wrong part had been delivered and that he needed to place another order. I then visited again on Thursday and Friday, but there was still no update, and I was told there was no solution at that time. As a customer, clear communication and follow-through are extremely important. It was frustrating to receive inconsistent information and ultimately no resolution. Fortunately, I was able to take my vehicle to another local shop, where they quickly sourced the correct part and completed the repair. I hope this feedback is taken constructively. Improving communication, accountability, and problem-solving would greatly enhance the customer experience moving forward.

I came here to get my AC fixed and boy when I tell you I’m excited!!! Excited is an understatement but Mr. Lawson has done an outstanding job. My AC is cold as ice, they’ve been in business for 50+ years. I definitely recommend checking this place out.

I’m extremely dissatisfied with the service I received from this shop. After paying for a diagnostic fee, I discovered that they hadn't even bothered to put the screws back in place under the hood. To make matters worse, the issue with my car still persists. Once they told me what the problem was. I would not recommend taking your vehicle to this place and will never be returning.
