After being in an accident, I had to choose an auto body shop, and I’m glad I went with Kelly’s Auto Care. I had the pleasure of working with Griffin, who provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. The entire experience was smooth and efficient—my car was repaired in just one week and came back looking brand new. They even detailed it inside and out, which really made it feel like VIP treatment. What stood out most was their professionalism and convenience. They arranged transportation for me to Enterprise, and when my car was ready, I simply handed over the rental key and they took care of the return for me. I highly recommend Kelly’s Auto Care for their quality work, efficiency, and top-tier customer service. 10/10 experience!

I brought my car in to get my rear passenger door fixed after an accident. They said it would take 10 days, they finished a day early. My car looks amazing as if the accident never happened. Paint is flawless. Exterior and Interior was cleaned very nicely! Staff was quick and efficient with getting my repair claim setup and assigned. Great overall experience!

Very disappointing experience at Kelly’s Auto Care (1395 Howell Mill Rd, Atlanta, GA). I was charged $135 just for a diagnosis, and then given a $1,000+ estimate without a clear explanation of the issue. They mentioned replacing the ABS module but didn’t provide any fault codes or proper details. I later checked the estimate and noticed they were quoting a used part for around $150 with labor costing $877, which felt unreasonable and not transparent. After getting a second opinion from another shop, I was told the real issue was just a wheel speed sensor, which was diagnosed and fixed for much less. This makes me feel the initial diagnosis and suggested repair were not accurate. Overall, it felt like a waste of money and not trustworthy. I strongly recommend getting a second opinion before goingt to kelly’s auto care

I left my car with them for a week to repair dents in the hood, and upon return, items had been stolen from my car and rifled through. My line of work requires me to have items such as glassware in my car that I thought fine to leave in my car for the duration of repairs. Not only were items missing, someone had gone and cut open boxes and messed with my belongings. They “weren’t able to find any signs of this through the CCTV footage”, but I’m not buying that. The boxes didn’t magically open themselves nor did items mysteriously walk away. I had to hound them over the phone for any type of resolution to this issue, even though they were supposed to contact me after my initial confrontation. They’re giving me $50 to “compensate” for the stolen items, but the sheer lack of responsibility and trustworthiness of this company is astounding. Do not do business with these people.

Do not come here!! Their employee Bryan did not do his job right!!!! It was a simple job that State Farm asked of him to do and that was to write an estimate on a damage car and email it to State Farm. I even repeatedly asked him that he needs to email State Farm the estimate and he refused instead he told me that I had to email them!! A week and a half passed by and nothing was done. State Farm did not receive anything from him. I called State Farm and told them everything that happened. They were on the phone with me and Kelly Auto as well. Kelly Auto couldn’t find any of my paperwork that Bryan did and asked if I can come back to redo it again and that they will email State Farm!! I said no because it’s been a week and half and Kelly employee Bryan made me go in circle for no reason and wasted my busy day. He is unprofessional!! I knew from the beginning something about him was not right!! I am very disappointed. The fact that he did not listen to what I asked is insane to me. I literally had to leave work earl for this guy to do his one and only 10 minutes of a job right and email it to State Farm!!!! Smh!! Now I have to go to a different Auto shop so they can fix what He did wrong!
