My son has specialty tires, he got a flat tire while out town from home working but luckily was able to pull into a Tire Plus store near him that did not carry his type of tire. Just speaking to her she naturally carried the call from me being anxious to comforting that I called the right place to help. They kept their word from start to finish with expectations, eta, communication and arriving with some good specialty tires that set my son on his way home. I was so impressed, I’ve already told friends and family to save this number in case of a roadside emergency. I really appreciated the straightforward, reliable information and care from the start of Beverly’s friendly customer service down to everything that came afterwards. Popped my right rear tire in the parking lot of the Kingdom Hall on Sunny Hill Road in Lawrenceville. I had to get the situation taken care of before the service was over. I&I got there in less than 20 minutes and fixed my problem with plenty of time to spare. Ricardo and Moses were the best, courteous and extremely professional. Look you can find folks who will handle a job like this for less, but you won't find anyone that does it better. Keep I&I in mind if you ever get stranded, you will be glad you did!

They were efficient and quick and this particular day the technician, Donald arrived less than 20 minutes after calling and he changed the tire in less than 10 minutes. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE - DO NOT RECOMMEND! I requested a tire change - was required to pay a deposit first before the company sharing their ETA. When they finally texted the ETA it was a 2-3hr wait, which wasn’t a problem because I went to the nearby coffee shop. Within the 2-3 hour wait time I NEVER received a call regarding an update. In fact I called 4x to be told the same thing “ the dispatcher hasn’t contacted yet?” After waiting more than 3hrs I requested that my service be cancelled and I requested my deposit back, as they were well beyond the 3 hr window with NO communication at all. When I requested to cancel the admin shared the dispatcher was on the way, which was a lie, because again NO ONE had contacted me to let me know they were on the way. She kept saying she wasn’t going to give me my money back although they were out of the window time. TERRIBLE SERVICE - DO NOT RECOMMEND!
